Yes, you can apply for a full paper. I do not think there are some forms to print out. The web application that specifically states that are not printed. However, you can find the paper application at your local library or financial aid office of the school.

The only way I can get a printed form to fill is at the Department of Education at 1-800-4FED. No more paper forms to local libraries or schools, the cost is just too high and the opportunities for students, the errors in the printed version is distributed over 100%. My advice is to print and complete the first page, then go to a local library or university, if they have Internet access at home, and enter the FAFSA. Fill out a paper FAFSA is extremely inefficient and can have up to 8 weeks for processing. Make the FAFSA on the Web. Mine was processed on the following day.
