Is a copy of a passport an original document once it has been stamped by a Notary certifying it as a true copy? - notary certified true copy
I am inclined to believe that a certified copy of a copy shall be classified as if signed and stamped by a notary. Certainly, having the certified copy of the copy is then converted to an original document. Good or bad? Origin of the response would be appreciated.

A certified copy of everything is never just a copy. Never seen an original of something, even if in some cases, certified copies are accepted as "best evidence". The pass is not one of those documents.

The passport must be furnished by the Government of the exhibition. Copies are not valid. Anyone can be a notary public, and certainly not to create a certified agent Govt power in the documentation for a passport.
