Standing Lamps Does A Standing Lamp That Is Off Draw Electricity?

Does a standing lamp that is off draw electricity? - standing lamps

So I have a lamp into an outlet.
If the light is off, you still draw energy from the wall?
Or just no energy, if the lamp?

Call no electricity when turned off.
Something that draws power when not everything is on the remote control as a TV will be turned on, because you need to a recipient at any time to hear the signal from the remote control.

There must be a complete circuit to allow the flow of electricity. This means that the switch will be switched to flow electricity needs.

No escape, not just a lamp. The elements are of expected loss are things that the transformers, timers, LEDs, etc. If a wire in an area to wait for a light bulb is not a loss.
